You already do, dummy (and not just for medicaid and medicare).

People pay taxes for all sorts of things that they don't use,
which you probably do. However, childish, self centered people
like yourself want to have their cake and eat it, too. That's
not the way it is, or ever will be...

That aside, you're already paying taxes (if you actually do pay
taxes at all) for other people's health care. (I don't just mean
medicaid and medicare either).

So guess what, dummy: you're already a slave for health care
users and health care providers, but were too dumb to know it.

that? In countries with national health insurance people can
and do purchase insurance from different companies.
