Since I can take steps in that direction, so can any one else. I am not
special. I have benefrited in the long term because I have learned the
modalities of health maintainance (self taught of course) and I keep up
with the latest developments in treatment and diagnostics. I even know
how an MRI machine works which most of the MRI technicians do not know
(spin relaxation, a quantum mechanical effect).
