JCT: Gord Armstrong's Krieger Quash Challenge has met a
small hitch. The last time he was in court, he served the
motion on the Crown but the court clerk wouldn't accept it.
He had to go to the registry to file it. He didn't know.
So he showed up March 1 in Woodstock court and the court
didn't have a copy of the motion. His case was put off to
pick a date for trial to March 22.
So he's going to file a Return of Motion for March 22 on the
Crown and then file both the Return Notice and the Quash
motion.
