the problem of land is now more acute than ever. the financial system loves
it because it lives on asset and collateral inflation.

wait a few more years before the political chaos because of land erupts in
places like china and india.

from what i hear, tensions are already running high in these countries due
to land.

as for neocons, neo-keynesians and so on, they have had their moment of
glory and their bull market is over. especially the necons are fanatics who
have been supported by the establishment in silencing other points of view
from the academia and media.

the future belongs to - neo-georgists, and unfortunately, malthusians.
