The labor market in the US is tight. It has low unemployment and quite
a low number of part-time workers as compared to other developed
nations. The great strenght of the US is that it is a mecca for
talent. Look at the founder for ebay, French, Jerry Yang is Taiwanese,
the founder of Hotmail was from India, and one of the founders of
google was from Russia. One of the great benefits of having a superb
university system, integrated capital markets, etc. If the US does
don't have enough home grown talent, don't worry, they are seeping
through the borders... And the H1B visa's from the univeristies are
creating real wealth.
