Good point. Maybe it would help to define which loans are prone to be
productive and which are not. I agree home mortgages and commercial
credit are prone to be productive. Also productive may be
infrastructure loans and education loans. You would think the IMF and
World bank, two big lenders, would know more about making loans that
are productive. Credit card loans, in my opinion are prone not to be
productive.
