Pillage, Abuse, theft and rape... civil service retirements many over 100K/yr

Speeding ticket, court and officer fraud goes to the media.
This will be a very long series. There are several papers
involved in the larger issue and more phone calls from
reporters.


With engineering, manufacturing and even much medicine (high
end operations and transplants) are going to China and India
now local, state and federal govt is in trouble.


For economies that are already unable to pay civil service
retirements (5 to 15 times what private job retirements are on
average), a very slight reduction in the tax base due to this
loss of high end jobs is *devastating.

As you might recall I had been bringing this issue up on the
NG and locally since I got that bogus speeding ticket, then
the CHP *lied to me about what prima facie speed law was. If
they had not lied, Id of done traffic school and all would be
fine with them... alas they lied.

Its not going to work out well for these folks.

I began investigating then and calling the news papers and
talking to reporters (Nov 2004)

( This Sunday and monday. 8/28/05) there have been front page
articles in the Marin Independent Journal on the level of this
fraud with charts and all kinds of very hard to get records on
how much the govt ...from federal to local... is spending on
retirements... currently 42-47% !!! of the Novato city fire,
police and safety budget (from tax revenue) goes solely to pay
these retirements!!.. many ordinary police and firemen getting
well over 100k/yr !!... half tax free !... and medical care
for life, as 60% of the tax payers eat beans with no medical
insurance?


kiddies thats gross. Its criminal...and such crap from
government destroys a culture. Its how a culture is
destroyed..out of control govt taxes its productive base into
collapse. The US is well across that threshold now, and onto
the slipper slope south from there.




Several of the SF paper reporters were shocked when I told
them that the police officers can buy your house at a tax
auction at half the highest private bid if you cant pay your
taxes after the state or city seizes the home leaving the tax
payer destitute. (so that the lying CHP's can retire at
100k... not impressive).

Thats not what America is supposed to be about. and it sure
as hell is not to 'protect and serve'... its more like
pillage, abuse, steal and rape.



There will be many more articles in the news papers shortly...
these reporters knew vaguely that some officers were getting
massively spiked retirements... but not the larger utterly
insane and destructive ramifications of that, the property
seizures etc to pay for them..


I haven't had time to do the magazine articles yet.. I had
been waiting to see how the appeal turned out ( I lost), and
the state wants 800 dollars to do an unlimited appeal. I will
pass on that and spend the $800 on more phone calls and
mailings ( a press package) to the states news media and a
mini book I can send to various civic groups.


The CHP were laughing at me three months ago at the first
trial because they no doubt knew the corrupt court would
ignore my filings and legal arguments ... they are *not
laughing now according to the Marin IJ article. they are
fuming at what will be the imment loss of a good chunk of
their fraudulently obtained retirement..in the million dollar
range per each officer (as I mentioned btw on this NG in late
2004 and since then an in my court case filings as well..its
all a matter of legal record you see, even as the corrupt
court ignored it, its filed forever at city hall and the web)

The county commissioners are holding hearings on those and a
broad range of other related issues now. So is San Diego.



Next I will put a large sign on the tail gate of my service
truck with a summary of the fraud and some web sites where
people can buy my T's and booklet on how to chop civil
'servant' retirement and dissability fraud off at the knees.
(CHP dissability fraud is far worse than the retirement
fraud.. the dissabilty often pays more than retirement and is
100% tax free as best I can tell, but I have not finished with
that research yet..I'm getting some help now from some in the
media with that).

With disability the officer often takes another job as a
police officer or head of security for a large company at more
than he was making as an officer... qualifying for *additional
retirement from that job, as well as his wage, AND is
dissability for life, which often runs over 100k/ yr as well.


I guess I will have to see if the tail gate sign enrages
enough CHP's that I will be harrassed when I'm driving.

A few of the papers want to hear from me if that happens... my
cell phone is set up to take sound video and stream it to
media email addresses in that case...even if the stop is
legitimate... if I am being stopped regularly for the same
things other traffic isnt, all that will be in the next series
of articles.



The CHP and local police will cease lying about prima facie
speed law by the time this is over. .. they will also cease
lying on their disability claims (as high as 82% of the force
in one year, about 70% on average).... and of course they will
get their lying that leads to retirement spiking eliminated.


So far though the score is CHP and corrupt courts $191 vs
Phil Scott zero...

..... well unless you count cutting the spike out of the CHP
retirements (that will cost current officers about a million
dollars from a 4 million dollar annuity ...each... and with
the proposed legislation (as you recall I posted the NG
regarding that and my drafts I detailed exactly how and by
which means this would happen and when it would happen...
when the courts go corrupt you take the expose to the people..
when they get enraged you get legislation to eliminate the
fraud.).

So...so far the real score is CHP and corrupt court $191, tax
paying citizens about a billion dollars a year so far in
getting this bogus retirement mess on the table.. thats just
cutting the fraudulent spiking practices out. The corrupt
civil servants will loose a lot more than that before this
mess is over.


New civil servant hires will get their pensons inline with
what the taxpayers get for similar work. (an 80% cut from
current levels in most but not all cases).

Then end stage figure will be in the 25,000 dollar a year
range...which is what many get now, except for police, fire
and prison guards and probably the judiciary who get 4 to 5
times that on average.

Im still looking into the judiciary retirements. I had been
cutting the judges some slack until this bogus appeals court
ruling... truly one must see what we are paying these lying
bastards and if they are padding their last years time cards
as well. My guess? Yes they are padding the hell out of
their qualifying years to spike retirements.

Thats going to be chopped off at the knees too... and if they
want to get nasty about it... retroactively. The judiciary
though is till laughing. Apparently they think they have the
citizens hosed with no recourse.



Fortunately... all of the evidence is in the public records.
