If the Mayor of Madison, Wisconsin hadn't found a pocket of natural
gas
in Madison by this time, he would not only not be Mayor,
but they would have also kicked University Of Wisconson-Madison
out of The Big Ten 50 years ago, demolished and paved the
entire university, and turned it into a extension parking lot for
Notre Dame.
