carefully. For example, I've read that 1.) To do business in China
everything must be approved by the Chinese government. 2.) China is
doing central planning and land acquisition for the huge industrial
parks. 3.) The Chinese government pegs their currency to the dollar
(very tightly, almost no floating). 4.) The Chinese government is very
slow to crack-down on Chinese bank corruption (like kickbacks for doing
business and getting the needed government approval for everything you
need to do business over there.) 5.) Foreign investors can only buy up
to 20% of a Chinese bank. Etc. etc., etc.
