Healthy and young people pay dividends to shareholders in private
insurance
companies. When old and sick is supported by tax payers.

Let me give you a clear example of what is REALLY wrong !!!

The young healthy person pays years in a row for a health plan. He is
healthy and do not need any serious coverage. Later, when unemployed due to
economic downturn he lose his coverage. Then a illness that require an
pretty expensive treatment to get rid of it, is discovered. The guy apply
for a individual plan with the same insurance company he payed in, year
after year after year for nothing.
Guess what: The application is DENIED due to Precondition.
To make the mater worst, every individual application with another company
ask if a claim was denied by somebody else, and the application is
automatically denied.

This is what I call wrong !!!!

Private insurers LOOT money from people and when they need to pay back they
RUN AWAY like gangsters after robbing a bank. No wonder over 50% of all
bankruptcies in US are generated by illnesses of middle class hard working
individuals. For what ? For a gang of lazy rip & runners to get rich.

This is what I call wrong !!!! Private health insurance is pure robbery.

50 million people. How much is that going to cost?

Less than you pay now. Because the waste with shareholders dividends, sky
high CEO compensations, lawyers to deny claims, lobby in Washington,
corporate propaganda and so on are eliminated. And an universal system
will be able to get cheaper drugs.

The fact that we do not have everybody in Medicare/Medicaid create these
problems. We waste money to make some lazy idiots richer.

You waste money on long-term, underfunded government
programs that have promised the impossible dream

You does not have ANY proof for that. It is ONLY propaganda.

" Hey! We'll
just live off everyone else's money, and we won't have to worry
about providing for ourselves". This is (a) thievery/looting (b) a
complete destruction of something that should be extremely
important to every american citizen -- but sadly is not -- we
call it "personal responsibility" (c) simply unsustainable in
the long term and (d) will ultimately lead to the complete
collapse of the economy, and along with it, the federal
government as we know it today. Kiss your constitution
good-bye -- it will never be back once it's gone.

What you describe here ARE the shareholders and CEOs. They live on somebody
else back without doing any usefull work for the society. They grab all the
money as they please. They drive down the consumer disposable income making
our economy unsustainable on the long term and closing toward a collapse.

And the doc voluntarily signs a contract when the doc
himself decides he's going to join the provider network
for a specific carrier.

The doc will always be able to work as private and charge extra money if he
want too. In the insurance business there is NO real competition. The
insurers are the one REJECTING applicants because they are not healthy.
It is the insurer choosing not the applicant. Market rules does not apply
anyhow.


So? If you can't afford to live, you die. It's absolutely wrong to
steal from me (and others) to support your pathetic life.
