good CEO since you figured out by yourself that the marginal utility of

Why? Because the chances to be told: "Do your home work kid" will be
greather if border constrain apply ?

Forgetting the "cheating on the homework" aspect (which is an unrelated
argument that I agree with you on -- the guy's a schlepprock), the dude is
corrrect. Outsourcing is natural, obvious, and common-sense to anyone
running a business in a capitalist system.
