The lie: They called it shortage of workers. It should have been
shortage of talent.

Wrong idiot! There is no shortage of talent. There is a shortage of talent
willing to work for 30K a year. Someone like you, who could not even
program your way out of a paper bag, would not know what constitutes talent.
