It's a complex issue.

The issue is not complex since all it is about are the objects of patent protection. Buy It Now? For Christ sake, I cannot wait till I can see somebody patenting a lever or a hammer. Buy It Now is what every single store is doing all the time. It is not even worth of being regarded as an innovation.
