If you're genuinely interested in learning about geolibertarianism, I
recommend two books as an introduction:

Libertarian Party At Sea On Land
by Harold Kyriazi

and

Rights Vs. Privileges
by Robert De Fremery

The latter spends more time on the problems of fractional reserve
banking than land monopoly, but it does a nice job of showing how the
two are linked.

You may also find Albert Jay Nock's book, Our Enemy The State,
interesting from a historical perspective, as well as Benjamin Tucker's
writings. Early libertarians and individualist anarchists were
vehemently opposed to private property in land and proposed a number of
solutions to eliminate it, none of which were as good as Henry
George's, IMO.
