results were very clear. The private insurers have much much bigger
additional/administrative costs than the gov. managed programs.

How so? The difference between private healthcare and govt. healthcare
is where the money come from. While i realize that private healthcare
need to have liasons to insurance companies, I can't imagine that the
administrative burden is THAT much greater.
