"We have to leverage our core business" - aka. we have to do what we already
do. For this phrase HP CEO was payed with hundred of millions.
Highly qualified skills :-)
There are absolutely no skills required except to know the right people: aka
cronyism.
What expertise? Hell, if I knew that I'd be making millions myself!
You just happen not to know the "right people". That's all.
