Correct. If you look at every communist country the economic power was
hijacked by the communist oligarchy relying on cronyism and nepotism to
keep the privileges "in family".
How is that different to a fascist society where the economic power join the
political power and supres democratic rules.
Well, not to much. Communism = Fascism.
The only difference is the path taken to achieve that finality. Therefore,
communism is rather closer to the extreme right than to extreme left
"socialism".
This is what people does not understand well. There is not a line from right
to left. It is a circle. The fascism and communism converge toward the
same point on the circle: totalitarianism extremist.
The opposite point on the circle, and possibly the only smart choice will be
social democracy.
