Well, maybe someone could specify the criteria for what would qualify as the
greatest economist of all times in such a way that one single individual
could be isolated from the traditional literature. In economics, however,
unlike math or music, it has not be historically possible for one person's
work on the subject to be completely original as well as legitimate to merit
them as, say, an Einstein or Newton. There have been some who have tried,
such as Marx and Keynes, but their work has not stood the test of time.
