No, I do not. I just cannot stop wondering what kind of destructive process might have taken place in peoples' minds to make convince them that "organized" and "directed by a government" are equivalent phrases. I would not dare to think that what you have written here was thought to be ironic in a way, since good irony requires strong logic.
If the word government is what bother you, call it kukurukuku, tiririririri,
or ococococo if you like it more. But this organization have to exist.
The simple law of oligarchy (and we are discussing it right now) says nothing about a government.
