To understand the relative component it is enough to consider that a minimum
wage worker in US it is poor since he can not afford medical care. But with
the same amount of money, he can live almost like rich in Asia, quality
medical care included.
We don't have exist visas in the U.S. Let him move to the lap of luxury.
All he has to do is save some money for a few years and off he goes to
the Good Life.
