Yep, a Georgist concoction!

The man, Bill Buckley, is a prolific
author of books and articles. Cite a
single reference to one of his books
or articles where he supports the
Georgist position.

<yawn> Yes, vicious, evil, lying filth. Just like you were absolutely
positive several Nobel laureates in economics did not sign an open
letter to Gorbachev advocating land value taxation, and were proved a
liar. Just like you were 100% definitely certain that economics
laureates Milton Friedman and Paul Samuelson had not made additional
statements supportive of LVT, and were given the references, and
promised to look them up, but have thus far declined to report the
results here.

They are the words of a stupid
ignoramus, and whatever else may be
said about Bill Buckley, he ain't
that.

He sure ain't. But you have proved that you are, as well as a liar.

Besides, the burden of proof is on
those--meaning the Georgists--who
claim he said it.

As in the previous cases where you outrageously attempted to claim
that eminent economists were lying about what other eminent economists
had said, the references are readily available. Google Buckley's name
along with various terms for LVT, and start reading, stupid ignoramus.
