course, by being Georgist, almost by
definition you can't be the sharpest.
Harping on this single article rather
proves my point, doesn't it? One
article out of thousands published
over the years, and it's not even
really Georgist. Did you actually
read the article? It presents the
theory that zoning is the cause of
high home prices, not the natural
