No. I am saying LVT is not a bad method of taxation compared to the others. I would accept it purely on pragmatic grounds. I deny the ideology underlying the georgie position. The goods things of nature belong to those who have enough strength to possess them. It is a matter of practicality to acknowledge that the government has the guns, so it can become the de facto landlord.

Might makes right, but it does not have to be applied insanely.
