Strawman. Nozick never makes any such claim. His claim is that
anarchy is an unstable position and that the mutual protection agencies
favored by anarchists will eventually combine until a monopoly position
is reached for each geographic area. At that point, they are a state.

Because PDAs are hired, while states are agressors that give themselves
the privilege of monopoly on justice taxation and violence. This is
pretty basic stuff, Roy.

By me or by you; does it matter?

If you've hired one and make the claim that I have
somehow wronged you and I am not a subscriber to said agency, by what
right can they issue a judgement against me and enforce it?

I don't know what you mean by rights and judgment in this context?
