I cant give continuity to this as I wish. I have to stop writing and wait
another day. I am used to have a computer 24 hours a day the whole year on
and ready to write whatever comes my mind; instead I have to suffer this
TORTURE. I found somewhere the categories, from SENSORY DEPRIVATION (I
need a lasik, matter of simple money compared to this effort), CONSTANT
HUMILIATION (doh), etc. What, am I supposed to say, do I have to tell all
my experiences like yesterday s? I can do that later. But my memory is
definitely failing and I am eating in all McDonalds around teh same
blocks. What is it, coffee comes diseased or something is dropped in it?
In other words: what I was about to write publicly yesterday I sent in
some emails and now I dont fully remember it. I do hope they are being
read and saved, professinally it should be done given that they have
enough resources.

I have ENOUGH knowledge and information to avoid falling into this
situation because of my acts. I am dirty, loaded, badly dressed. The city
os not providing adequate services BECAUSE of that interference. I call it
madnesss. I insist: I am disabled and inabiltated by external excesive
illegal force. SOME of the people I mentioned are linked by a mafia bond
based on torture. I dont admit their arguments nor their cowardice, they
dont hold before reason.

Note this algorythmic ethic (I thought about it yesterday):

0. you are telepath
I. you cannot read, because you can be located
II. you canot speak, because you can be located
III.you cannot name other people because they can be located by _them_
IV. you cannot look at your copule because she/he can be located by
_them_

This is an algorythmic ethic, you just have to follow this algorythm:

apply the statement to your life
repeat indefinitely

This ethical form can be applied INDEPENDENTLY of other people, the
decision unit is the person itself and can be applied at all moment. IT is
also very disabling. Such programming from within a telepathic-schizo
experience would turn the subject into a willing victim by isolating him
her from outer stimulus eaving him/her under the will of the telepath
(group) programming this ideas... (In Mexican it would be called to have
somebody very trabajado, worked [out], which is indoctrinated)... [More
can be said about this and its relationshiop to morals...]

That poor boy seems turned himself into an old man... white long hair,
bald, deep wrinkles... I dont know if it can be reversed. One Luis seems
have done the same, turning himself into somebody who can be confused with
an Asamblea de representantes representative, Mexico DF. That man likes to
speak about the Jewish conspiracy. Middle age man, _he_ can say that he
was changed because of some _SECRET_ in the USA and acquire power by that
phallacy! Then comes the sale of the method; the original man, older, I
dont know where he can be but I think he may be in the US or was invited
here and then left to his rown resources or worse. Being younger, _he_ can
then aspire to beter charges in the PAN government

Saul, the son of the man of Coca Cola, stole a black Acer Aspire computer
with a hlaf written patent and the proof of concept prototype, loosely

US Embassy and the State Department of the US. I see no problem! Except
that somebody may want to impersonate me and pretend this material is his
while it is NOT. I have been in the US since 2003. But they have an
**incentive** to go against (convenient ambiguity) people who would
discover their SCAM and fraud. It is the people that began appearing in
the US, and I am still confused as to what am I suppposed to do with the
encounters as all seem to have orders to ignore me. I know the argument:
QUOTE pretend he is somebody else or _I_ press charges against him QUOTE
so they deny my identity because they are on my side! But then something
bad happens to them and that same somebody can say: he did it because he
is taking revenge (or some sort of excuse), so I lose support by
everybody!

Mutilation. It is the expression of very damaged (hormonal) MALE brains
expressing their wish to be mutilated and be turned into women. The
desire/solution is very sexual and very perturbing, also falling into the
obsession level, sexual desire being the internal clasp of the psychosis.
It has the characteristics of a very compact, defined and base encoding
that can be easily transmitted and affect consiously and unconsciously
normal people, who would then experience into sadism and torture. Note
that this may be the desire of very old people too, as once maleness stops
working the obvious solution would be to be turned into a woman! Passivity
doubly expressed, in a dying brain, can acquire the same obessesive,
shallow psychosis characteristics. In some limit it would turn into a
simple semantic order/phrase being repeated and transmitted by a fully
working but dying brain...

The homosexual aberration also expresses itself in the desire to have more
adequate sexual couples in a population that obviously rejects
homosexuality as it affects the biological (vital) need for reproduction.
Mutilation of male competitors and unwilling couples turns them into
possible partners, particularly if the affected mind is conscious of the
mutilation and the fundamental maleness of the victim. This can also be
understood as an expression of the need to aquire power, led by base
instincts of primate nature and the male mounting paradygm... This idea
has also the characteristics to become an obssession and be tramsmitted
telepathically by the compact encoding quality of obsessed, verbalized
ideas.
