2 points here:

- The emergency room take a patient when there is a serious illness in
advanced stage. In some cases when a sick person reach emergency room, it
is too late. The same person if taken care of 6 months before, would live a
healthy life.

- An illness that can be curred today with an $200 in pills will cost 2
years later $200,000 in a series of emergency intervention.

Yes, as taxpayers we cover that. But why the heck are we idiots enough to
pay 200,000 for a problem that can be fixed for 200 ?
Are this the big benefits of the "free market system" ?
