The same billionaire can be cured by ONE doctor working on him for 2 hours.
Therefore, with 5 doctors we have a potential of 20 patients/day to receive
care. However, the human vanity (unfortunate untamed by nature laws) may
make the idiot to demand that all the doctors to be at his bed and will
back this demand with money.

If he have enough wealth to overbid everybody else, he will grab all the
limited resource for himself. Here is the big difference that conservatives
either have no brain power to understand it, either lie that they do not
understand it in order to support their broken ideology. Either, most
likely a linear combination of two.


Everything must have limits, this is the natural way. A lion can claim for
himself a hunting ground that he can control and defend by itself. There
are differences among individuals, but this differences allow them to
control/defend roughly the same size territories (maximum 2..5 times
difference betwen the weakest and the strongest). This is natural.

The senseless unbounded accumulation of wealth, and having others defending
for a person it is an artificial, social, human construct. It is not
natural. And it won't be bad in itself if we also had the brain power to
learn from nature and impose the same type of limits as we seen in nature.
However, the greed of the conservative movement prevented the political
power to apply the natural lesson, and impose limits. The greed it is the
single most important moral value of conservatives.

Without natural limits, if a greedy lion would eliminate everybody else on
the continent, then his offsprings will never have the chance of a gene
shuffling to eliminate harmfull mutations and in time, the specie will
eliminate itself. It is the natural limits that allowed the whole range of
biodiversity we see today and make the life so successful.
Just imagine how would life looks like on Earth if the first bacteria would
have a "conservative mindset" and row itself to be one organism covering
all the Earth and consuming all the resources without limits. Yes sir, even
a single bacteria is smarter than all the conservatives together :-)

He wants the best food of all kinds available to him at all times to
meet his whims -- caviar from Iran, beef from the Caymans, the finest
wine and champagne and everything else.

Yes, but you will not be able to eat by yourself all the food that can be
produce by 100 farmers. However, when human vanity kicks in it is quite
possible for one superrich to grab for himself limited resources that would
allow a decent lifestyle for 1000 other people.

Again: We need limits.

It is at least idiotic (sorry for the word, but this is the truth) to
talk about provison of food through a free market while you have
have a large disparity of wealth.

Even a parrot can repeat a couple of words and phrases, changing a little
here and a little there at random something. In his little mind, he can
even believe that he said something valuable, even philosophical. But the
sad reality is that he just acted as a conservative, reciting propaganda
lies without understanding what he is talking about.

Sorry fellow, if you do not have the ability to understand that even Bill
Gates can not eat 100,000 pizza a day then you are a truly conservative
believing in the power of greed as the supreme God.
