Related topic: several months ago I suggested that 'intelligence' might be a natural resource (either you've got it or you don't ) and that it could be taxed like a natural resource. But there was the same problem of intelligence from e.g. work effort.

If talent is taxed, it will disappear, sure as *** runs downhill. Why would anyone exhibit talent if it means he is punished for it?
