I think you mean how it's measured/valued in the context
of LVT.
Clearly the valuation of that knowleddge capital is just
going to be the discounted value of the net income
stream.
I'd also flip this around and ask what contribution that
inital knowledge/skill made to the following increases in
the land values surounding the new well.
