Therefore. If you apply the Henry George model, the food price will
skyrocket 430%.

You don't understand land value taxation. The taxes fall on land
according to value not acreage. By far the greatest land value is in urban areas.

Then, a company will just move his facilities on the countryside where the
land is cheaper.

Why don't they move now? The land is cheaper now. A tax on land values doesn't add to the cost of using land, it merely transfers land payments to a different recipient - the government. Workers now pay private land owners for permission to use land plus they pay taxes for government. In a LVT system, they pay only to use land. The overall cost of doing business is thus reduced by a large percentage.

Beside an increase in the price of food, now the Georgist
approach will force the workers to take 3 hours comute one way instead of
15 minutes and burn 6 time as much gas as before.

Heck, the companies that move all their facilities offshore will pay 0 in
land tax AND 0 in other taxes since the Georgists will eliminate everything
that is not a land tax. Yet another incentive to offshore jobs.

The only remaining taxpayers will be farmers and people owning a house.
In order to recover for all the 0 taxes offered as gift to corporations
offshoring jobs, you screw up people.
