It is determined purely by contract.
The contract are made irelevant by the innequality of wealth distribution.
There are better ways.
What makes you think YOUR estimate of what is rightfully earned has any
credence.
The fact that you put EVERYBODY involved into creation of a product to
democratically vote how much they distribute the created wealth.
The business owner, the CEO and the workers should be put together to vote
how they distribute the gains.
When did you die, go to heaven and become the God of the
Marketplace?
People give and recieve remunieration according to contracts willingly
entered.
Poor AADD sick man. Search about "economic coercion" on this groups.
