Well, I have investigated it. It is false on its face, in
the claim that the respected economists, the Nobel
winners, for example, "endorsed" it. Supposing that
it actually existed. Supposing that Tideman actually
has a photocopy from its original publication. You
believe that it exists because you are a true believer,
though you haven't seen it.
