Well, I have investigated it.

No, you have not, lying filth. That claim is provably just a flat-out
lie. If you had investigated it, you would either have found out that
it is genuine, or one of the signatories would have disclaimed his
signature of it and endorsed your campaign to expose the fraud.
Neither event has occurred, therefore you are simply lying, as usual.
QED.

It is false on its face, in
the claim that the respected economists, the Nobel
winners, for example, "endorsed" it.

?? IOW, you claim it must be a forgery on NO BASIS WHATSOEVER, other
than your refusal to know the fact that dozens of eminent economists
including four (count 'em, FOUR) Nobel laureates endorsed a document
that identifies indisputable facts of economics that you refuse to
know because they disprove your false beliefs.

Thank you for clarifying that.

Supposing that
it actually existed. Supposing that Tideman actually
has a photocopy from its original publication. You
believe that it exists because you are a true believer,
though you haven't seen it.

Wrong, as always. I have seen a scan of a photocopy of the original.
It is not very legible, but Soviet magazine printing and photocopying
probably weren't up to much in 1990. But I do not believe it exists
simply because I have seen that scan. I believe it exists because its
existence is agreed by so many people, including every one of the
signatories I have had personal contact with, and its existence and
genuineness are not doubted by one single person in the whole wide
world, other than you.

That does not make me a true believer. It makes you a crackpot.
