No, they are not "facts of economics" but Georgist
nonsense.

Lack of factual or logical argument to that effect noted. The fact
that it is more economically efficient to tax the economic rents of
natural resource because of their zero elasticity of supply is well
known to all competent economists (though not, of course, to you) and
is stated as established fact in many standard textbooks on the
subject.

supposed signatories would not have seen, or
anyone else, for that matter. Even to this very day.

That is of course another flat-out lie. The document is widely
available on the Net, well known, as has been referred to numerous
times in so many other places that the signatories cannot possibly be
unaware of it. Yet which of the signatories that you have contacted
have disclaimed their signatures?

As if we both don't know very well that NONE have.

Lots of important names were attached to it,
showing what a great job Tideman had done in
spreading the true religion of Georgism.
