According to Michael Hudson, the Georgist
endowments total some $200 million, which are, by
the way, mostly invested in "privately owned land
value." Out of the several hundred thousand
credentialed economists in the world, only four or
five, that's FOUR or FIVE out of the SEVERAL
HUNDRED THOUSAND who feed at the trough of
the Georgist endowments. Those four or five are
paid well for their intellectual prostitution. They
are jerking you guys by the collar. And you're too
dumb to know it. Educated people simply do not
take Georgism seriously, and that includes the four
or five credentialed economists who feed at your
trough. You're being scammed, fellas.

If the word Georgism means anything, it means the teachings of Henry George. All of Henry George's work boils down to this: it is better to tax land values than to tax labor. William Jennings Bryan or William B. Ryan or whatever can show right here why George was wrong. In the big picture, is it better to tax land values or tax labor?
