MDC potential candidates arrested.
On the 14th February, 2008 Olivia Masuwira, Amima Baranga, Sirira
Andrea, Tarisai Saika, Peter Munyuki and Kenneth Mukohosi were arrested
in Zengesa for "holding an unlawful gathering" and taken to court. They
were released on Z$100 million bail.
This is the well known tactic of the Zanu PF regime - arrest, detain,
beat, harrass the opposition candidates and officials.
However ! The fear that used to reign is no longer there - the
opposition and the people of Zimbabwe are now angry, hungry and ready
to
take the bull by the horns. There is an exciting change in the
atmosphere.
MAY GOD BE WITH OUR BELOVED COUNTRY AND ITS PEOPLE AS THEY FACE THE
CHALLENGES OF THE NEXT EIGHT WEEKS.
The elections will be fixed. Mugabe will stay until he dies. He
will then be replaced by another corrupt, oppressive dictator.
