:) :) Heavy laughter here. Thanks. However, I sense there is
something basically wrong with "Variable principal mortgages".
Otherwise some bank somewhere would have done it. The financial guys
are very bold and aggressive, I think. Also, the idea of variable
principal mortages is no help with current subprime mess. I think that
super mess is going to need to be cleaned up in the courts and will
take a long time.
