Good article. I agree regulation is coming back. The investment
bankers leading the way. However, I don't agree with the author's
statement abve. It is not an open question about regulation solving
problems. Experience has been a cycle of "Regulating", then
"Dregulating." It is definitely "Regulating's" turn. A basic here is:
"You can't trust people with money." (I said that).
