price of regular gas is $4.15 at one of my local stations, though. Any
attempt by the government to cap the price of a barrel of oil will
cause shortages, however. What we are seeing now is a speculator's
bubble in oil futures that will eventually burst and damage the same
institutional investors who got scorched by subprime loans. Then
Congress will let the taxpayers will bail Wall Street out again. Won't
that be nice?
