LIE!

Not at all. Maybe you should read the polls, or look at the patriots
coming out to town halls to show they do not want it. And I don't mean
the astro-turfed union thugs being paid to be there to move this
socialist plan.

I have looked at the polls liar. Over 70% of the people want health care
reform.

Those that do not "need" it are slowly understanding that The Public
_OPTION_ is the only real way to control the costs of health care in
this country while maintain in _CHOICE_.  Some are smart enough to
understand that that they can keep their current plans and PAY LESS for
those plans BECAUSE of the reforms.

No, it is not. The way to give more choice is to encourage more
companies to compete and to get rid of mandates that increase cost. Some
states have added mandates for drug rehabilitation; screenings;
psyciatric care. Limits your ability to buy a basic policy with only
the coverages you need. And I don't want private companies to be forced
to compete with a government agency that has no need to make a profit.
Such "pulic options" are no option at all. And it is not an option
under the plan to have no coverage if I so choose.

That is your religiously stupid opinion and you illustrate why your
opinion is totally wrong. The last point first:

1. "it is not an option under the plan to have no coverage if I so chose".

This statement illustrates your desire to steal money from others because
in this country it is illegal to deny health care to those who need it.
_WE_ end up paying _your_ health care bills for you. It is exactly the
same as a law that forces people to carry liability insurance if they
want to drive their cars among the honest people in the society.

2. "The way to give more choice is to encourage more companies to compete
and to get rid of mandates that increase cost"

This statement illustrates your desire to allow the insurance companies
to sell any snake oil the public can be hustled into buying. The
"mandates" in HR 3200 are simple: You can't sell "snake oil" and call it
"health insurance". The insurance companies can package up the "snake
oil" they are selling to morons such as yourself and label it as "partial
coverage health insurance" if they want. But you will not be able to
claim it as "health insurance" to keep from paying the small 2.5%
additional medicare tax for NOT HAVING HEALTH INSURANCE. So buy a _real_
health insurance policy or pay the tax. You can pay the tax and buy the
snake oil if you want.

3. "Some states have added mandates for drug rehabilitation; screenings;
psyciatric care. Limits your ability to buy a basic policy with only the
coverages you need.

"STATES" don't do things. People do. These "states" have, with the full
support of the people, reformed insurance in their states because the US
Senate blocks them from doing so at the national level. It is
interesting that the rightarded are all for states rights and local
economic decisions until it impedes the ability of the LOBBY to throw
money at the US Senate and the Republican party.

4. "I don't want private companies to be forced to compete with a
government agency that has no need to make a profit."

This statement illustrates your desire to allow the private insurance
industry to continue to pick the pockets of the American people and the
actual health care providers. You do this because of your religious
conviction that profit seeking is the golden fleece. It isn't. In health
care, VALUE is the proper guide. -- maximization of benefit per dollar
paid.

Most people value their privacy until they have to fill out reams of
medical questionnaires at the doctor's office.  Point being that if the
data is encrypted (which is the plan) and the data are only available
to licensed health professionals, then people still have their privacy.

Screw that, someone will hack into it eventually. Or some dumbocrat
will say we need to make it available for some other use. If they want
to make it easier, encrypt it on a card only, that I can carry around
and hand to the doctor.

Always the same: A religious conviction about how THE ACTUAL LAW will
magically _BECOME_ something other than what is _IS_ because your
government hatred bible tells you so.

So if, after reviewing the information that tells you whether or not
you qualify for "affordability credits", then you have the _CHOICE_ of
applying for such "affordability credits" with the knowledge that lying
about your income will probably not be a real bright thing to do.  If
you do not qualify because you are a "rich bitch" or you are a
Republican moron who refuses to pay less for your health insurance then
you have the CHOICE and the OPTION to _NOT_ apply and to therefore
_NOT_ allow the Health Choices Department of the State level
administrators of the SUBSIDY program for lower income families to
validate your tax income claims by checking with the IRS.

You overlook the fact that it is not the governments job to be paying
for people's health care in the first place. And under the plan there
is no choice to skip coverage. And no choice to not pay for coverage
for illegal aliens.

NO. I am not overlooking a damned thing, lying pig. My statement
relates absolutely and directly and appropriately to you lying pig claim
claim that government will be given the authority to access and _divulge_
information over and above their current authority to do so. And there
is a very clear statement in HR 3200 that says that subsidies ONLY be
offered to DOCUMENTED, LEGAL US RESIDENTS. You lied twice in that
paragraph. It looks like each sentence thus far has contained at least
one lie.

What the hell is it about OPTION and CHOICE that evades Republicans?

Nothing at all. Republicans were in favor of the choice to invest part
of yoru social security in the private market. Socialist dumbocrats
went beserk. There is no choice in Obamacare, it is a not- so-stealth
plan to get us to a communist-style single-payer system.

HR 3200 is a complicated bill BECAUSE it seeks to preserve choice while
reforming the broken INSURANCE system we currently have. EXTENDING
HEALTH CARE COVERAGE AND REDUCING COSTS ARE THE ONLY OBJECTIVES. You are
a lying pig that is terribly afraid of the words "CHOICE" and "OPTION".

Section 1801(a) says that the Social Security Administration can
obtain tax return data on anyone who may be eligible for a
"low-income prescription drug subsidy" but has not applied for it.

I am not the least concerned about this and see no RATIONAL reason for
anyone else to fear it.  The purpose of the access is to SAVE YOU
MONEY.

If someone wants to spend more, fine. The government should not be
soliciting people to get on programs. Rational people like to think
they are doing for themselves, dumbocrats think the more people on the
dole the better.

BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The democrats (small d) want people to be properly INFORMED before they
decide what they want do do. HR 3200 does not force people to do
anything at all. It merely provides more information and more choices.

It is bad enough how much they base on
your race already.

Lets add another lie to the list.

No lie here, or have you not herard of Affirmitive Action and lowering
standards. Or about firefighters not getting deserved promotions based
100% on race?

OK... Let's muddy the water. That works too.

Time to kill this Obamacare and do the right thing.  Get rid of all
the "mandates" states have made requiring coverages and encourage
Health Savings Accounts coupled with high-deductible hospitalization
plans.

Nice summation based on the lies.  Very cute.

No, it is called the free market, and it works. Look at how much LASIK
has fallen in price since people shop for a good deal since they are
paying.

OUCH, something fell from the sky and hit me on the head. WOW, it's
Obama's approval rating!

Obama is not going to run away and hide because the Republican lies are
riding high. He has no reason to do so. It will be another 3 years
before he has to stand for re-election and in those 3 years the people
will understand they have been lied to, not by Obama, but by Republicans
pigs such as yourself.

The same is true for most of the Senators. And the House representatives
have another year to win based on the truth. At this point DELAY is on
the side of TRUTH. Public opinion is fickle and can be swayed by lies in
the short term. But the truth is what sets us all free. The Democrats
were removed from the Congress in 1994, not because they tried to reform
health care, but because they didn't get it done. The debate will
continue _AFTER_ HR 3200 with a public option passes the house. Your
lying blitz will come back to haunt you in the next election cycle and
every election cycle in the next 8 years.
