Anyway, I agree
with the OP's boss that the circuit looked pretty
simple, but as I recall it did call for an old motor
that had to be rated high enough to handle the
desired loads.
Your talking about a rotary phase converter. This is what we should be
using but I'm not incharge just the drone who does all the work
