what type of a device has been using on me. Who manufacture such a
device. What can I do to stop the abuser from such criminal act? Please

Well, if such a thing is really happening to you (EXTREMEMLY doubtful),
you will still be ill advised to go to the police. They would send you
straight to the loony bin, that should be obvious to a hard-headed
person such as yourself.
Of course, it's almost dead cert you're a nut. But whatever. Nuts
deserve their freedom too.
So don't tell anybody. I mean nobody's going to lock you up for making
weird posts on newsgroups, so leave well enough alone. You got it off
your chest.
