Hmmm - that's a good idea.
I just looked at a f-f SMA 3.5 and it looks to be priced just about like the
Precision 3.5 part?
Could you tell me what part you use for your connector saver?
Yes, I am trying to detect signals from my experimental transmitter circuit,
up to 10GHz. This has been a long haul, but very educational. I'll post a
link if I get it working.

On my sampling scopes (Tek 11801's) I always install SMA-SMA
"connector savers" on all the sampling head and trigger inputs to
reduce wear on the real ones. They cost about $10 each.
Working on something fast?
