balancing sensors

Hi all,

I am building a sensor cicuit, 2 sensors. Simple sensor with Vdd, GND
and Vout.
The too sensor are read by my microchip. but the voltage out of the two
sensor are not identical under the same conditions. What is the best
way to make them eual.
I tried using a 3 legged potentiometer (voltage divider). I did not
work well, one of the value with the highest resistance stays at the
same output no mater what input (light). maybe just putting one
resistor on one of the output sensor.
Any better ways ?
thanks
ken
