I am trying to design an RF shield or farady cage to as a project.
The Idea is to put the wireless handset inside of the cage.
The cage will block and thus interupt the signal from the Handset to
the base. Is this possible.
Any website I can go to to find how I can build such a cage?
I've ask this on another group..
uh no.. microwave ovens dont work.
I tinfoiled a carboard box and earth grounded it... didn't work.
Silver plated copper foil might work. Aluminum foil has an oxide coating.
A soldered copper box would work. The lid would need an RF gasket, however.
It is difficult to totally block EMR.
