Where or where can I identify on the web a semi for a particular
spec??
For instance I need to know which n-channel mosfets can switch at
20Mhz a Vdss of 50V.
Where do I start??
** You start by converting your *requirements* ( as expressed above) into a
technical spec.
Stops most fools like you dead in their tracks.
When that happens, you ask an expert to do it for you.
Identifying such an expert stops all fools dead in their tracks.
Experts expect to be paid.
Fake ones and genuine ones alike.
