12v dc to 220v ac inverter for 20w flouracent load

I m new to pspice.i need to design a circuit which gets 220v ac
sinusoidal signal with 20w power.I have in trouble with using
transformer in pspice.Can somebody help me how i should design a
inverter with this conditions:
output:220v ac
:20w power
waveform must be sinus
.
