Norton amplifiers are putting me over the edge, please someone help me

My question is specifically how do I connect the next stage to the
output of the triangle wave generator? no matter what I try the signal
disappears across whatever component is there. Its driving me freaking
crazy, I just want to compare it to a DC level and make a nice PWM but
the coupling is killing me. The tri wave gen is fig 44 in section 7.4
of the AN-72 app note, a quick goog search will get it for you. Please
someone tell me what to do before I go crazy
