Yes..... I've changed the defaults but..... if I remember it right then

Ctrl-R Rotates
Ctrl-E Mirrors

If you click on Tools, Control Panel, Drafting Options and then the
Hotkeys button you can set them up to suit your own preferences.

Click on the one you want to change and press the key(s) you want to do
it with.

I use space for rotate and X for mirror.
