i did, it's the standard!
seriously i've looked at free CAE tools since the early 90's only one thing
came close to being interesting, and that was an oberon design system built
to program a xilinx 6200? it didn't go anywhere. all in all it proves the
ultimate maximums:
1) a hardware guy always sees a hardware solution to a problem, and the
software shoulkd be easy
2) a software guy always sees a software solution to a problem, and the
hardware should be off the shelf.
3) a hardware guy can't write software (or so says the to a software guy,
not realizing we write software all the time)
4) a software guy can't design hardware (period).
